New Year's Eve menu – 1 450 NOK
Cod & Cucumber: Cod mosaic, served on herb and mussel velouté with dill, frillic salad and pickled cucumber.
Duck & Turnips: Endive salad served with smoked duck breast, pickled turnip, burned cream dressing, crane berries and almonds.
Veal & Duck: Fillet of Norwegian veal served with pommes anna, duck liver, chantarelles, carrot, celeriac and thyme demiglace.
Lingonberries & Blueberries: Almond-Lingon cake served with blueberry coulis and homemade salty vanilla ice cream.
Vegetarian New Year's Eve menu – 1 450 NOK
Skorzone & Asparagus: Mosaik of skorzone and asparges on pea sauce.
Beet & Goat cheese: Chicory salad in burned cream dressing, walnuts and dehydrated beets and goat cheese.
Mushrooms & Beans: Cantarel Tortelinni in mushroom broth with broccolini, celeriac and bean mousse.
Lingonberries & Blueberries: Almond-Lingon cake served with blueberry coulis and homemade salty vanilla ice cream.
Table settings and practical information
Family table setting (17:00–19:00): Suitable for families with children. A separate children's menu is only available for this reservation at NOK 595 per person.
Evening table settings (from 18.00): Age limit 12 years. Only a party menu (not children's menu) is served.
Prepayment: NOK 250 per person at the time of booking (refundable if cancelled no later than 26 December).
