We are looking for staff for the winter season 26/27
Closed for the season. Will reopen in December 2026 with new drivers.
The restaurants Pilegrimen, Spiseriet and Kafe Kasserolle have new owners and are now operated under Fjellstua Kafe & Restaurant AS. We, Christer and Moa Arnesson, have had the honor of taking over these three restaurants from Martin, Helen and Adam who still run Restaurant Fjellroa.

Here you can enjoy a three-course dinner in the company of a good wine. Our skilled chefs use classic Nordic ingredients and prepare them into modern delicious dishes. These are served in our cozy restaurant in the company of good drinks, a crackling fire in the fireplace and the elevator right outside.

Sustainability
We focus our sustainability work on four main areas: saving energy, reducing waste, sourcing good products and influencing all our stakeholders (guests, employees, suppliers and partners). For example , we only use green electricity, we reduce disposable materials, we serve dishes in different sizes, reduce the proportion of beef, offer more vegetarian dishes and one dish is labelled "most climate friendly dish"
