One of the very best things about skiing in April is being able to take lunch outside, and enjoy the first really warm rays of sunshine. At Trysil's restaurants , you can enjoy the spring sun in good company of tempting dishes and something good in your glass. Après-ski is of course part of it, and in Trysil both young and old can find their favorite places at the end of the ski day. With cocoa, something good to eat or rock out to live entertainment. Nice cross-country skiing trips

In and around Trysilfjellet you can choose from over 100 km of cross-country skiing tracks. Pack equipment to be outside for a while - maybe it's tempting to make a pit along the way, with sausage grilling and a quick lunch. Skurufjellrunden is a popular hike, which is especially good in sunshine. See more local cross-country skiing tips here.

WinterEnd April 24-27

The mountain is filled with a good atmosphere when Staysman starts the party at Knettsetra on Friday, and Erik and Kriss provide sing-alongs and high energy on Saturday. Experience the party atmosphere at Flyyt, après-ski for all tastes, and end the evening with a DJ at the Radisson Blu Resort.
Join exciting activities such as BU$I Jam by Birk Ruud, challenge yourself in Banked Slalom by Helene Olafsen, and don't miss the legendary pool race!

There are many options when it comes to accommodation in Trysil. Choose from cabins, apartments, hotels, camping or maybe a night in a treetop cabin? The ski bus runs until 27 April, and takes you easily between the cabin and the slopes from most of the living areas around the mountain. See the ski bus table here.
