Trysiliaden 2025

On Thursday 6 March, it is once again ready for the big sports festival Trysiliaden - for the 35th time! 

Trysiliaden is a skiing and activity day with around 260 participants. People with intellectual disabilities and people with disabilities from primary school age and up are welcome, and most of the participants live in Innlandet, and many of them return year after year. 

Program

With the exception of alpine skiing, the activities take place in and around Prestgardsjordet in the center of Trysil.

The banquet is in Trysilhallen, and in 2025 it will be Rune Rudberg himself who will play for dancing.

11 am: Municipal march through the center of Trysil to Prestgardsjordet with subsequent opening ceremony
12 noon: The activities start.

Participants can choose one or more of these activities:

• Activity trail - Those who choose an activity trail are also offered a snowshoe trail, which is voluntary to participate in.
• Alpine
• Horse-drawn carriage
• Dog sledding
• Cross-country skiing trim class
• Cross-country competition class
• Cross-country racing class

All participants have a start number, and there will be juice and buns after the finish.

During the entire event at Prestgardsjordet, adult education has kiosk sales inside Morensalen and outside by the library. They sell sausages, soft drinks, cakes, coffee and tea.
