Trysil Horse Center is located in a fantastic riding terrain with exciting primeval forest and untouched nature.

The horses are kind and steady. The tours are always adapted to your skills, and we can promise you an exciting trip, no matter how much or how little you have ridden before. Safety is important, and even if you have little experience, you will feel safe.

Rides of different lengths

We offer half-day trips, 2-hour tours and rental tours for children under 10 years, as well as riding weekends, with two nights in a cabin, riding instruction and half-day tour. Please contact us for more information about this. 

Pricing

• 2-hour horseback ride: Thursday and Saturday: 850 NOK
• Half-day trip: Wednesday and Friday: 1150 NOK

Important information

• All horseback riding tours are with an experienced guide.
• Age limit 10 years on all riding trips, but no age limit on riding lessons and rental trips
• Helmet is required and can be borrowed from us
• We have both western halls and regular halls
• Bring food and drinks on the half-day tour
• Bring plenty of clothes, as it can quickly get cold on the trips
• There is a lot of demand at times, so it's a good idea to book well in advance. However, if it is available, you will get a place the same day

Kåken Saloon

If desired, a café/Kåken Saloon will be opened after the ride. Simple serving.
For groups over 6 people, we can also serve lunch/dinner in the saloon, contact us for an offer.
