Our method

Needs analysis is always the starting point in our work. The entire planning of a project is based on the purpose and goals of the event. By events, we mean all forms of meetings and company trips that have a message to convey to the participants.

This can be customer events as part of marketing, to strengthen the brand or launch a new product or service. It can also be internal events for own employees with the purpose of strengthening team spirit, encouraging or rewarding.

A steering group is created based on the needs and size of the project. Many competencies are often needed: content, communication, design, logistics, administration, entertainment, booking of premises, hotel, travel and activity program.
