As a guest, you order with a QR code on your smartphone and will be served food and drinks at the table.

We start at 14.30 with relaxed lounge beats before gradually turning up the energy with house music and modern remixes of après-ski classics.

It will be an exclusive experience with only 45 seats and a snowmobile/sled ride to and from the restaurant.
Pick up outside Skistar Lodge at Fageråsen 18.30, 19,30, 20.00 or 20.30. Return at 21.30 or ca 00.15
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you will be served an amuse-bouche, followed by a three-course New Year’s Eve dinner, accompanied by stunning views and a warm, cozy atmosphere by the fireplace.

In the summer, on foot or by bike from Høyfjellssenteret.

The eatery is certified with Eco-Lighthouse and we include all employees in the sustainability work and we include sustainability when we make decisions. We focus our sustainability work on four main areas: saving energy, reducing waste, sourcing good products and influencing all our stakeholders (guests, employees, suppliers and partners). For example , we only use green electricity, we reduce disposable materials, we serve dishes in different sizes, reduce the proportion of beef, offer more vegetarian dishes and one dish is labelled "most climate friendly dish"
