Facts about Disc golf

  • Everyone can join! Disc golf is suitable for both children and adults – it's all about precision, not strength
  • Played out in nature. The courses often run through forests and mountains – a fun way to get out
  • The goal is a basket. You throw the disc against a metal basket, and use as few throws as possible – just like in golf
  • Free and easy to find. Most courses are free and open – and you can find them in the UDisc app
  • A social sport. Disc golf is just as much fun with the family as it is with the group of friends - and a little competition is part of it!
  • Several courses have counters you can borrow or rent – perfect if you want to test a little before buying your own equipment.
