Slow cooked loin from veal from Norway. Served with hash browns with Swedish Västerbotten cheese, red wine glacé with a hint of balsamico, pan fried shi take, oven baked onions, chantarelle chips & chantarelle powder.

Pan fried cod served with cabbage filled with cream cheese with apple, truffle, soy and parmegiano. Topped with Sandeford sauce, apple chips & beurre noisette powder.
