Our skilled chefs use classical nordic ingridients and use them to create exciting modern dishes.
These are served in our cozy restaurant in company with high quality beverages, crackling in the fireplace and the lifts just outside.

Roe & Potato
Potato cake served with silver onions, chives and Swedish caviar.
Scallop & Mussels
Panfried scallops served with smoked mussel sauce, cucumber, apple, leek and horseradish.
Reindeer & Duck
Seasoned and panfried reindeer served with variation of celeriac, mushroom and baked onion. Topped of with butter made from duck liver and truffle.
Cloudberry & Chocolate
Cloudberry mousse with white chocolate glaze. Served with cloudberry powder, coulis and white chocolate sorbet.
There is a booking fee of kr 250 that will be deducted from the menu price and refunded if you cancel your booking befor December 26th.

Blue cheese & Honey
Potato cake with blue cheese, roasted walnuts & honey, topped off with shiso cress
Beetroot & Portwine
Variation of beetroots served with Norwegian alpe cheese, deep fried arancinis, tarragon and port wine cooked onions.
Tortellini & Butter
Homemade tortellini’s served with beurre blanch, cauliflower, oyster mushrooms and truffle. Topped of with parmigiano.
Coffee & Hazelnut
Coffee ice cream served with brownie, hazelnuts, chocolate cracker and salted caramel.
