We are three Swedish partners; Adam Berglund, Martin Sturmhoefel and Helen Sturmhoefel with lots of experience from the business. We own and run Restaurant Fjellroa, Spiseriet Trysil, Kafé Kasserolle and Restaurant Pilegrimen in the area Fageråsen in Norway’s biggest ski resort Trysil.
On our all year team we also have Hanna, Restaurant manager and Linus chef.
We have a great passion to provide a restaurant experience that will surpass your expectations of genuine and friendly service at all levels, both for guests and co-workers. Our top priorities are running restaurants with great guest satisfaction, having fun at work and working with a fantastic team. Our four restaurants require all types of work experience, from beginners to well experienced staff. We carry a high standard of work ethic, and we are looking for people with big smiles, a friendly approach and a good sense of service.
As a part of our team of 20-ish people we offer you a job with great variation. We can organize living accommodations for affordable prices and a seasonal ski pass at a reduced price.
The period of employment varies but the season starts at the beginning of December and runs to the end of April. It is an advantage if you understand and speak a Scandinavian language but it is not a requirement.

A fantastic restaurant with 125 seats indoors and 150 seats outdoors on a big deck.
It is beautifully located right in the middle of run nr 53. You can only access the restaurant on skies or snowmobile.
The restaurant will be operating the same hours as the lifts, 9.00-15.30
Here we serve burgers and bowls, wraps, several different draft beers, wine, drinks all kinds of coffee, Swedish “fika” and hot chocolate.

At Spiseriet we serve Italian style food and drinks lunch and evenings. Apres ski with live music every Friday and Saturday.
Here we serve Italian pizza, fresh pasta, deliscious antipasti, Italain wines, drinks and beers. We have 120 seats indoors and 150 seats outdoors. Pizza for take away.

Café and lunch restaurant for families and guests who demand a quick and easy lunch alternative or ”fika”. Open daily 9.30-15.30 with ”fika” from 9.30 and full menu from 11.00. We serve home-made casseroles, pancakes in different variations, Focaccia, donuts and the best hot chocolates on the montain. We also serve beer and wine here.

Job description caretaker/handyman
A job with great variation where you unload and transport goods, staff & guests to all our restaurants, take care of recycling and trash, do easy repairs on our buildings & machines, help with snow clearing and also help out with dishes and restaurant work on busy days. All transports are done with snowmobile and sled so it is an adavantage if you have a license and experience from a snow mobile. If you don't have a license for snow mobile and can take one in Sweden it is possible to arrange this.
