At Trysilelva Camping, you can take a refreshing swim in the Trysilelva river and warm up in the sauna by the riverbank.
If you haven't tried ice bathing before, we warmly recommend to visit Trysilelva Camping! Here, you can experience ice bathing in a safe manner.
A ladder into the river allows you to safely enter and exit the water at your own pace.
The new sauna by the riverbank ensures that you warm up quickly. It is open to both the campsite's guests, visitors to Trysil, and locals.
The sauna can be booked in half-hour increments, and there is firewood available to maintain the heat
Everyone must wear swimwear and/or a towel inside the sauna.
When booking, the sauna and ice hole are reserved exclusively for you and your "group." There is no need to arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked time – the sauna will either be in use or not fully heated yet.
