Ice Fishing with Wolverine Adventure

Bring the whole family or group of friends on an adventurous ice fishing day with us in Wolverine Adventure.

Ice fishing can be very exciting and a great experience for all ages. Here in Trysil, we have an incredible number of lakes and lakes that are perfect for this. We Experienced guides know where the fish are and can always give you hints and help with the equipment.

Fish species

The fish species that are most common are trout, char, whitefish, burbot, perch and pike – all depending on which water is chosen.  The fish bite almost all day, but of course there are periods of the day that make for better fishing.  Morning and afternoon are often the most preferred times – but the experience is no less if you enjoy a better lunch on the shore, while the fish come sailing to your bait.

An ice fishing trip contains many elements. What's included:

• Fishing license for everyone over the age of 16
• Ice drills and other fishing equipment
• Bait
• Something hot to drink and a hot meal around the fire
• Guide and guide

Attendance

Attendance is at the agreed place, so that we drive together to the fishing lake.  We will send you a map on MMS or via your email address.  For those of you who do not have transport, it will be possible to arrange this, but it is not included in the price.

Duration and price

A day on the ice is based on 4-5 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

Apparel

Dress warmly, often there can be a little wind on the open surfaces. Therefore, warm shoes and warm clothes are an important thing to keep in mind when you go ice fishing.  Also remember that it can get wet on the ice around the ice fishing hole.

Fire pit

There will be a fire pit near the fishing spot, so you can warm up and get some hot drinks while fishing. Help with the catch after the fishing is a matter of course, and your guide cleans and wraps the fish so that you can enjoy it later at the cabin or at home.

Nature experiences are never guaranteed

Although we try to recommend some periods, we cannot guarantee that you will experience what you have come for, such as the Northern Lights, animals since our success rate depends on nature.

We therefore ask you to take into account any changes from the itinerary. If we are unable to provide a certain service due to an unforeseen situation, you will be offered a similar service.

Outdoor activities are also weather dependent. If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, an alternative activity suitable for the current conditions will be provided. Please note that changes may occur at short notice.
