Winemakers dinner at SkiStar Lodge Trysil

Fageråsen

Together with winemaker Marco Brangero, who has his own vineyard in Diano d'Alba, we make a festive evening with good food and drink. We have selected some fantastic wines and put this together with a specially composed 5-course menu. Marco presents the wines and takes us through the evening in the best way. 5-course menu with accompanying wine NOK 1390,- per person.

Antipasto

Carpaccio di Manzo: Thinly sliced raw beef with arugula, Parmesan cheese, and truffle oil.

Primo Piatto

Risotto ai Funghi Porcini: Creamy risotto with wild mushrooms, truffle and hazelnuts

Secondo Piatto

Bistecca alla Fiorentina: A thick, grilled Florentine steak.

Formaggio

Tagliere di Formaggi Italiani: A selection of Italian cheeses.

Dolce

Tiramisù: A classic Italian dessert with layers of ladyfingers, coffee, and mascarpone cream.
