With its nice location, at the start of the lifts at Høyfjellssenteret, Spiseriet Trysil is the natural meeting place at Fageråsen. With an Italian theme on the menu, you can have a good lunch or dinner and choose from crispy Neapolitan pizza, antipasti and delicious pasta dishes. Of course, there is also something good for the children.
Pizza and pasta are also available as take out if you prefer to eat at the cabin.
After ski with live music
On Fridays and Saturdays at 15:00–17:00 from 26 December, there is after ski with live music and atmosphere at its peak.
Open for lunch every day and Thursday to Saturday evening.
For lunch only drop-in. Welcome to reserve a table in the evening.

The eatery is certified with Eco-Lighthouse and we include all employees in the sustainability work and we include sustainability when we make decisions. We focus our sustainability work on four main areas: saving energy, reducing waste, sourcing good products and influencing all our stakeholders (guests, employees, suppliers and partners). For example , we only use green electricity, we reduce disposable materials, we serve dishes of different sizes, reduce the proportion of beef, offer more vegetarian dishes and one dish is labelled "most climate friendly dish"
