As a guest, you order with a QR code on your smartphone and will be served food and drinks at the table.
When the sun is shining, we open our large terrace and outdoor bar.
During the day, Fjellroa is only a drop-in restaurant. No table reservations.

It will be an exclusive experience out of the ordinary, with only 45 seats and snowmobiling and sledding to and from the restaurant.
Pick-up at Skistar Lodge at Fageråsen at 18.30, 20.00 or 20.30 and return at 21.30 or 00.15

Served with lye roe, sour cream and red onion, topped with dill.
Appetizer
Scallops & Truffles
Butter-fried scallops served with browned butter flavored with truffle, pea puree, deep-fried kale and onions. Topped with grated Norwegian Bufar cheese and fried rice noodles.
Main course
Deer Fillet & Chanterelle
Roasted venison fillet served with cauliflower and celery root puree and red wine sauce with a taste of chanterelle. Topped with baked asparagus, fried chanterelle and cress.
Dessert
Chocolate & Strawberries
Puff pastry tart filled with chocolate ganache, served with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream.

In the summer, on foot or by bike from Høyfjellssenteret.

The eatery is certified with Eco-Lighthouse and we include all employees in the sustainability work and we include sustainability when we make decisions. We focus our sustainability work on four main areas: saving energy, reducing waste, sourcing good products and influencing all our stakeholders (guests, employees, suppliers and partners). For example , we only use green electricity, we reduce disposable materials, we serve dishes of different sizes, reduce the proportion of beef, offer more vegetarian dishes and one dish is labelled "most climate friendly dish"
