Hiking trail 31 - Trysilfjellet 1132 north
The peak can be reached from both the north and south side of the mountain. This route is flatter but longer than the route from the south side of the mountain.
From the peak you can see Rondane and Sølen to the north, Osensjøen Lake to the west, and far into Sweden to the east. This trail gives you that real alpine feel with stunning views of the Lågfjellet and Skurufjellet mountains all the way up.
The hike starts on a gravel track by the roundabout at Trysil Høyfjellssenter. Follow the gravel track up between the cabins. From here there is a path that turns into scree before reaching the peak.
From Trysil town centre, drive north on fv. 26 (4 km). Take left, and follow Fageråsveien to Trysil Høyfjellssenter (6 km)
